My brothers and I buy a lot of power banks. Each of us has gone through about 10 battery packs each in the past 7 or 8 years and so far this one has been my favourite. I’ve purchased I believe 6 of these for my own use, as gifts, etc., and have even had friends and co-workers specifically ask where they can get one like mine.The main selling point of this battery pack for me was that it has QuickCharge 4.0. I’ve tried battery packs that claim to have things like “2.1A normal charge and 3.1A FAST charging ports!”, but if it’s not QC, your phone will charge at a snail’s pace. This pack also has a convenient power level indicator that shows how much charge is left in the pack which is a nice addition that makes it very user-friendly.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a battery bank!

I purchased this back in December, it did not work so I was forced to return it. What happened following, I would call the epitome of customer service. I was contacted by Lina at INIU customer service last week, she shared with me that they were sorry I had a bad experience, and that the unit may have been defective. They offered to ship a unit to me at no charge. At first I thought it was a put on, all I had to do was confit my address. So I did and two days later the unit arrived at my door. I have since used it, three times & it is a beast. It can charge your unit more than a multiple of times and it comes with a cool little light attachment. This product is as advertised & I would recommend as a battery bank, must have

Update:After reaching out to INIU for support, they determined the unit I had was defective and they sent me a replacement. Their customer service is excellent and they stand by their products. I will continue to purchase their products!This portable battery was great while it worked. After using it occasionally for 4 months, it stopped working completely. The display is stuck at 76% charged but I can’t charge anything with it. It is disappointing and the window to return it passed less than 2 months ago.

All Pros, No Cons- Build Quality Is Extra Ordinary- Smooth Plastic- Compact (As Compared to other 20000mah PBanks)- Shows Percentage Accurately (Not a gimmick like in some PBanks it’ll go in increments of 5%)- All the Connectors are really solid & never a loose contact- Type C works both ways (To and From Charging)And is Faster than Type-As- Comes with the usb LED Light , High Quality Type-C Cable (see photos)My S21 Ultra and Oneplus 6 charged at the speed of about 3.7A l (which is fast) with Type-C output and 2.8A with Type-A outputUpdate : Checked capacity with USB tester, 19,000 mah which is extremely good. Many other power banks I tested were less than 70% at best.
